Orders are shipped Monday to Friday pursuant to office opening hours, except for public holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, holidays excluded. Three delivery attempts will be made. After the third failed attempt at delivery, the packages are returned to our warehouse.

* Delivery times depend on the geographical location of the destination of the goods. In any case, delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Items no longer available

BERTONSHOP.COM will supply the items subject to their availability. Consequently, in case an item you have ordered is no longer available for any reason, we will give you information through email about alternative products with the same price, reserving you the right to accept the replacement product that BERTONSHOP.com offers you. As an alternative, if you are not interested in the product offered, we will proceed to send a prepaid coupon or to refund any sum which you have paid.

Delivery and Traceability

To check your order status, you have to sign in to your account and go to ''My Orders''. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to get updates on the status of your delivery on the Courier Company's website.

Shipping insurance

BERTONSHOP.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage for free. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance becomes invalid.

Authorised delivery

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is asked to carefully inspect the integrity of the package before signing a proof of delivery. The packages are carefully packed with BERTONSHOP personalised tape. If, for any reason, the package looks tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers should sign for the package as "Goods unchecked" or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been signed for with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident by writing an e-mail to customerservice@bertonshop.com or calling the telephone number +39 0444 356044 (monday-friday 9.00-13.00).

About Undeliverable Parcels

Occasionally parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. In case of failed delivery, the packages are returned to our warehouse. The courier automatically sends to BERTONSHOP.COM a dossier explaining the reason for the undeliverable parcels. You will have the opportunity to view this dossier and check the status of your order directly on the Courier Company's website:

The Storage File Opening Dossier costs 10€ for Italy and 20€ for overseas shipment for each shipment made plus the cost of any delivery back/return to the consignor. For all domestic and international services, storage and non-receipt costs shall be borne by the Customer.
