Bertonshop.com is a fashion shopping centre that offers a selection of the most important fashion brands and home accessories.

DEPARTMENTS
Explore the departments you are most interested in, by choosing one of the categories ''Men'', ''Women'', ''Kids'' or ''Home'' on the top bar or by clicking on the images below.

SEARCH BY WORDS
You can search for a specific product by entering a few words (key words, brands, categories) into the search box on the top right corner. Check all the proposed solutions.

IMPROVE YOUR SEARCH
After having chosen the department you are interested in, restrict your search to a particular type of product category, brand, season, price, size or colour, in order to better and quicken the results. You will quickly find what you are looking for.
At the top of the page you can sort the results by price - lowest to highest or vice versa -, by name or by number of items to display per page. On the search results page, if you move your mouse over the image of a specific product, you can select different colour and size combinations and create a preview. If you wish to get more information or details regarding a product, click on the image and you will see the complete Product Information section.

2. MAKE YOUR CHOICE

Product Information
The Product Information section allows you to examine all the details of the product before placing it in the shopping basket. The description and the composition are on the right side of the main image. Select the colour and the size. Please, check the size charts and find yours on it before taking the final decision.

Place your order
When you have chosen the colour and the size of the product you wish to purchase, just click on the ''Add to Cart'' button and it will be placed in your shopping basket. Placing an available item in your shopping basket does not reserve that item. If you do not confirm your order within 2 hours, the item will automatically disappear from the shopping basket.

3. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Your shopping basket
The shopping basket provides you with a summary of the order. You can change the quantity of the items, remove an item or enter a coupon code for discounts. Click ''Proceed to Checkout'' after you have reviewed the items in your shopping basket. Sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order on bertonshop.com. Enter a shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information. Review your order details. Click ''Place Order'' to complete it. You will receive the number of your order.

Order confirmation
After you have confirmed your order, we send an order confirmation e-mail to you, with the summary of the order and the confirmation number of the order. Once your order is placed, you can always check your current order status or past order history in the section "My Orders". After having checked the availability of the item and your payment, your order will be processed by the store. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.
